Bounty Chocolate Coconut | Pure & No 1 Coconut Chocolate
Bounty Chocolate Coconut is made up of coconut and milk. Pure ingredients that are pure in taste. Combine desiccated coconut with condensed milk and vanilla extract. Pour into the base of a rectangular silicone baking tray or baking tray with a lining of cling film. Cooling usually works for a few hours in the refrigerator or one hour in the freezer.
Cut small pieces from the firm coconut mass, which is about 3 cm wide and 6-7 cm long. Use your finger and thumb to rotate the corners to mimic the correct chocolate bars. Place it on a wire shelf over a plastic pole or clean work surface. Milk the milk chocolate until very smooth. Spread it on the drawn bars in a continuous flow so that each coconut stick is covered with enough chocolate and spray the sides. Set it with a cabinet so it’s neat and tidy.
Use the same slope (or knife back) to create 3 parallel lines on each strip, and quickly move between them to create the distinctive marks on top of the bars. Check more about bounty chocolate here.
