Walnut 1 Kg
Walnut Juglans (Family Juglandsi) is a nut of any tree of the genus, especially the Persian or English, Juglans regia.
This is an edible stone seed, and therefore it is not a real vegetable nut. It is commonly used as a nut. Once the edible seeds are fully cooked, when the shell is discarded, it is used as a side dish or snack.
Oriental black nuts (Juglans nigra) and butternuts (Juglans cinerea) are less commonly used.
They are round, single-seeded stone fruits that grow from trees. They are a good source of healthy fats, protein, and fiber.
They are considered an excellent source of polyunsaturated fats, about 13 grams per ounce, as well as omega-3 fatty acids.
